Why We Do It

Mission Statement:

Empowering Care Partners will provide training and support for those caring for individuals living with dementia by completing care and environmental assessments in order to customize and provide training solutions based on individualized needs.  We will support care partners in the goal of “doing with” rather than “doing to” people living with dementia through follow up training and support.  Empowering Care Partners CARE with Compassion, Acceptance, Reliability, and Education.
